Client Privacy Policy

PT Vantage Markets Futures is fully committed to respecting and protecting the privacy and security of the personal data of each of our clients. This Privacy Policy is designed in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection (UU PDP) and the rules of the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency (Bappebti) of the Republic of Indonesia.

1. Types of Personal Data We Collect

To facilitate transaction account opening and comply with national legal compliance (especially AML-CFT regulations), we collect client data including:

• Identity Data: Full name according to ID Card (KTP)/Passport, national identity number (NIK), place and date of birth, gender, and identity document photo.
• Contact Data: Residential address, active mobile phone number, and personal email address.
• Financial & Employment Data: Information about source of income, employment status, brief financial statements (probity test), and destination bank account details for fund withdrawals.
• Technical Data: IP address, activity log data in the Client Portal, device type, and browser cookies information.

2. Purpose of Personal Data Processing

Client data is collected and processed legally for the purposes of:

• Performing identity verification (KYC) of new clients to prevent money laundering crimes.
• Registering client transaction accounts officially at the Jakarta Futures Exchange (JFX) and PT. Kliring Berjangka Indonesia (KBI).
• Facilitating margin deposits and client fund withdrawals securely and on time.
• Sending technical information regarding the MetaTrader 5 platform and security system updates.

3. Use of Cookies & Tracking Technology

Our website uses cookies files to store your login session preferences, optimize page loading speeds, and collect anonymous site visitor analysis to improve trading interface performance. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some Client Portal functions may not work optimally.

4. Data Retention & Storage

In accordance with commodity futures trading regulations and financial crime prevention rules in Indonesia, PT Vantage Markets Futures is required to store all transaction data, deposit-withdrawal history, and client KYC documents for at least 5 (five) years after the business relationship/client account is officially closed.

5. Rights of Data Owners (Clients)

Under the UU PDP, you have full rights to access your personal data, update or correct identity data errors, restrict certain processing, and file a complaint in the event of suspected data security breaches through our official channel at support@vantagemarkets.co.id.
